Our Focus

As licensed Speech-language Pathologist, we specialize in assessing and treating the following areas of communication:

-articulation: the act or process of speaking or expressing in words.

-language: words we use and how we use them to share ideas and get what we want.

-fluency: the rhythm of our speech. We sometimes repeat sounds or pause while talking. People who do this a lot may stutter.

-oral motor: use and function of the muscles of the face (lips, tongue, and jaw).

-pragmatics: the use of appropriate communication in social situations (knowing what to say, how to say it, and when to say it).
